Anytime Anywhere Meditation is a new programme to make meditation practice accessible and effective. This workshop, the official launch of the programme, will be taught by Mingyur Rinpoche and will focus on the transformative effect of meditation. Rinpoche will show us that we don't have to change ourselves in order to be happy — we simply need to discover what we already possess within.

There will also be panel discussions with world-renowned guest speakers and exponents of meditation, who will share anecdotes and scientific evidence detailing the benefits of developing a mediation practice.

This man is the real deal!!! There are many gurus out here on YouTube but this man is different, through this man I have achieved stillness of the mind and I must say it's been a long long road to achieve this state of mind, I nearly gave up then somehow the universe brought him to me and I'm so thankful for this

I always wonder why Buddhists don't advocate the Bicycle... seems good in a rich country and poor alike...

Wonder why there aren't more Buddhas on Bicycle... it is a tool to regulate breath!
