My gtx 1060 3gb still alive... Same can play in high/ultra only set normal/medium in texture, because 3gb vram not enough for it 😣... But i like it... Only maybe i Upgrade my old i5 to ryzen 5 or i5 11400f 😄 just waiting price down 3060/ waiting 4060 😁

1060 6gb is so amazing.
The 3gb version has a big problem 3gb is too less so it kills Performance specialy in 2k resolution.
Actually I see 4gb are still enough.
Lots of Games dont use more but 3 gb are a problem.
6gb will be enough for the next years when you play max.FHD or 2k 30 fps are ok for you.
if you have a 980 ti or Rtx 2060 the is more power by also only 6GB.
I say this why games like horizen zero dawn can use up to 12 gb so yes gdram will be a big thing in the next years.
So a 3060 with 12gb come near to the Performance of a 3070 with 8gb in such gdram hungry games.
So if you can afford a new graficcard dont waste money on models with 8gb.

I have the 3gb version. But since i only play l4d2 it can play on maximum effortlessly. Even the fan rotate not often.
