PERFECT DAY TRIP TO HOI AN, VIETNAM!

The perfect day trip from Da Nang is without a doubt, Hoi An, Vietnam!

Join us as we explore the best things to do in Hoi An, Vietnam! We start by trying the famous Cao Lao Noodles, then explore Hoi An’s old town. From there, we get Will suited up with an inexpensive and high quality custom tailored suit.

We stop for ice cream and a neat tea experience before riding outside the city for a little adventure. We rented bikes and went on a wonderful bike ride through the rice fields and through Hoi An’s countryside. This was the highlight of our trip to Hoi An!

To end the night, we take in the magical colors of the lanterns and lights on the river, then try some street food at the Hoi An night market!

Interesting information about Cao Lau, as a native. I read somewhere that the name Cao Lau is somehow relate to the way it was served. Since the name Cao Lau literally translate into to English is "High building", in previous day, the shop owner used to sit on the top floor to look after their shop easier, and they used to order Cao Lau too, the Cao Lau would be tied to a string and the shop owner would pull it up to their floor, enjoy it and payed after they finished ( I guess they would put the money in an empty bow and return the bow using the string )

I adore Hoi An. I first visited there in 2014. Was suppose to be there again in May of this year but Covid has stopped that.
I plan to try and go May 2022 and keeping everything crossed by then Vietnam will be open to tourists again.

That's a very nice video of Hoi An, very much reminding us of our visit there in February 2020. It is well worth spending about five days there as plenty to see and do, and the food is excellent. Probably the most pleasant place to visit in the whole of Vietnam ! 🇻🇳 🇻🇳.

I have been there, its peaceful. The fields, friendly people, food, ... many tourists there. It looks quite now because of the pandemic. By the way, so jealous with u guys, i really want to travel now. Wear marks in the street all the time 😷
