While I'm a grandmother now, I remember my first child not nursing. My breast became so engorged that I thought they would burst. My mother took two large bath towels. And while I sat in the shower, she rolled up the first and rested that towel on the top of my belly up under my breast. The other she allowed to become soaked with hot shower water. She gently, slowly but firmly pressed the towel down my breast. Soon the milk began to flow freely.

This is so sad to hear Naka. Breastfeeding mama here with you. A word of advice take a nice warm shower and get a medium tooth comb. Oil up and comb gently those things towards the direction of release😩.The teeth of the comb will clear the clog❤️. Works every time. Enjoy your journey.Feel better soon 😊

Those blocked milk ducts are no joke. Breastfeeding is very rewarding, but it comes with some sacrifices. Naka, I pray you continue to get well. You'll are such a beautiful family ❤❤❤❤

In addition to massage u can use a rag with hot water or a heating pad in between the massages. Hope you get relief and feel alot better soon.
