After all the questions and the comments, I decided to answer some of those here.

2) Updated version or not: I decided to keep this current version and will not make an update, as some of my picks which to be eliminated after the update are influential, meaningful, and most important, underrated. I believe these underrated picks deserve to stay in this top 10 list. I recommend fans should make their own version and share us your choices.
