I have a friend in Celebration Florida, over there you CAN drive on the Sidewalk, as long as its 6 ft or wider, but, like he says, its fun for 5 or 6 months, then its parked in the Garage and forgotten about.

I'm no tree hugger, but I love the idea of golf cart living. they are fun to ride around in, and I don't even golf. I wish more communities were receptive to the idea. I wouldn't even need a car if I could drive to the grocery store. definitely would have to strap in the dog.

I like them, they're fun but I hate them when I'm in my car trying to do the speed limit and you have someone in one that won't move over toward the curb to let you pass. I don't think it's right that they can hold you hostage to speeds well under the speed limit and cause you to have to putt-putt along behind them, not everyone is retired with no schedule or nowhere to be at a certain time. Kings Point in Sun City Center is terrible for that. Also, I thought the older generation were the ones that were supposed to be so kind and courteous. Most of them won't move over and they give you a dirty look and yell at you if you pass them. Some even flip you the bird. I can't understand why someone would be so upset just because you went around them. Maybe they feel entitled to block traffic???

That’s the first thing we the people want changed once patriots get control of all governments. Government has no power to control regulate vehicles 🚗 it’s not in the constitution to give governments that power over we the people. I want everyone that can operate a golf cart to drive one anywhere anytime until the anti-gravity vehicle technology is released and thus rendering roads obsolete.
