Intro to Redux Part 4 - Creating a List of Counters with @NGRX/Entity

In this section of the series of videos designed to supplement my in-class training, we use @ngrx/entity to maintain a list of our counters. We create a simple for that allows us to add a counter, and track each counters state independently.
