THE MILLIONAIRE DISGUISED HERSELF AS A WAITRESS AND CRIED WHEN SHE SAW HOW SHE WAS TREATED IN HER...

Isabella Hargrove had always been accustomed to the luxury that came with her last name. She was the heiress of Hargrove Enterprises, a renowned chain of restaurants scattered across the United States. From a young age, she’d been surrounded by the best things money could buy — lavish parties, designer clothes, exotic vacations. But despite the privilege, there was always a part of her that felt disconnected, as if she was standing outside her own life, looking in.

Her father had built the business from scratch, and after he passed away, Isabella was determined to keep his legacy alive. Yet, lately, troubling reports had been reaching her desk. Complaints about mismanagement, mistreatment of staff, and even whispers of financial discrepancies. Her intuition told her something was wrong, and she knew she couldn’t keep running the business from behind a desk. She needed to see it for herself.

That was how she ended up in Charleston, South Carolina, dressed in a simple uniform, her hair pulled back into a neat ponytail, and a name tag that read “Emily.” It felt surreal walking into one of her own restaurants as someone else entirely. She could sense the questioning looks from the staff as she stepped inside, but no one said a word. For all they knew, she was just another new hire, here to pick up a few extra shifts.

Great story-however, the Caleb portion of the story is lacking. Of course he should have been promoted!
