My version (pls dont hate)

Demon king: Kagaya Ubuyashiki (i think i spelled it right)
Upper one: Gyomei (Literally like the strongest)
Upper two: Giyu (I feel like sanemi would be angry at him because hes just a bit stronger)
Upper three: Sanemi (slay 💅)
Upper four: Shinobu (Shes fast and if she were a demon her strength problems would be solved and her abilities would be enhanced)
Upper five: Muichiro (His speed and strength would be improved as a demon and is a descendent of kokushibo so probably would have been OP if kokushibo was the uppermoon one when he was trained)
Upper six: Mitsuri (Shes really strong and fast and flexible, her skills would keep improving as a demon)
Past upper three: Kanae (she died from probably douma as a hashira)
Lowermoon one: Kanao (Shes probably climbing in the ranks as we speak to catch up to shinobu)
Lowermoon two: Uzui (I feel like his flashiness and confidence would be a disadvantage because of how cocky he would be)
Lowermoon three: Rengoku (i feel like he would have been upper five but he got in a fight from anger issues and got demoted to this)
(I feel like the other supporting characters are new demons, being trained, or are like slaves for their masters, and i only put three lowermoons because i feel like they just are there for storage i guess idk)


Now the uppermoons as hashiras:

Master: Muzan
Kokushibo-Moon hashira
Douma-Ice hashira
Akaza-Spirit hashira (like fighting spirits, hes a martial arts guy)
Hantengu-Elements hashira (his clones would be the different forms for his breathing style)
Gyokko-Water Hashira
Gyuutaro-Poisen hashira
Daki-Flower hashira (her belts would instead trap flowers and they would be like mitsuris katana for slaying demons but the forms are like lotus flowers on the belts killing them)
Enmu- Deceased Dream hashira

I feel like for some reason hantengu would be more confident and less scared in this au so would be the main healer (instead of shinobu)

In my opinion shinobu should be wayyy higher since the only thing she lacks is duration and strength, but when you are demon you get stronger js by eating demons. In my opinion, doma would probably the weakest hashira since he spent all his time as a cult leader indoors, kind of similar to shinobu, but hes still up 2. But since shinobu lacks durability i feel like she would be like up3? up4? But theres no way she would be lower rank, same for tengen
