Shame we didn't see the catch, But nice to see the booster was bang on its divert target. Looked like it came in a little faster than it would for a catch though right? If it hit the tower arms with the same velocity it hit the water it would have been a mess. I know the official reason for no catch was the Antenna, but do you think something else may have been flagging up too? affecting that?

The footage is kind of grainy so i might be wrong, but it for sure looked quicker than it would with a catch

Why did it splashdown? I wasn’t there during the live stream so I don’t know why they had to splashdown the rocket. Could someone clarify for me?

Why is there not a secondary landing spot for a catch that is not the actual launch tower....sem like a shame to keep dropping all these boosters and starships in the ocean without even trying...

I still want a real photo or video of entire "earth". The billions paid to send missles into "space" and all we get is a tiny dot photo of our planet. Yet we have huge photos of every other planet.

SpaceX should design a single-person spacecraft for a trip to Mars, with Elon Musk serving as the pioneering astronaut to set foot on the red planet, thus embodying the concept of leadership by example.
