Facts releasing aggression in a healthy way is key. When I was a teen football and boxing were key to my therapy/ training. I didn't realize it was so therapeutic when I was young but hind sight is 20/20

Joe rogan is a absolute awesome human. As a single full time dad with literally nothing. And i mean borderline almost homeless.... i do my best and i try to admire (men) that are good ppl and attempt to work towards just a fraction of three accomplishments they have made. Been doing construction for 30 years it pays shit money. I had more cash 30 years ago and bought new tricks every 2 years now i don't Eben own my own vehicle
