‘'Is it possible to have equal public spaces for all?’'
To answer this question, TESEV from İstanbul, Türkiye and Kallipolis from Trieste, Italy joined their forces under the program THE:PLACE. The two embarked on a mission to test gender-sensitive placemaking. Upon a meticulous process they came up with a recipe for making public spaces equal for different user groups, including a participatory methodology and a roadmap.
