Girl! I am so glad i found your channel this morning :) I am also in STL. I have been talking about wanting to become a Scrum Master for at least a year. I figured I would have to start from the ground and work my way up to Scrum. So I had been applying for a Project Coordinator. And planned on taking the PSM I after I acquired that position but that plan is not working out well at all. I thought it would be almost impossible to become a Scrum master with no experience. You just gave me hope!

I am in medical diagnostics and I recently had someone tell me that I would be great in the position. I am currently researching it and I am actually excited. I have searched for years for a career that I could really use my skills of exhortation and general happy mood. Can the days get long as a scrum master? I have dealt with a lot of stress in my current career and I am a little leery of other such stressful careers.
