Ooof that 4 month sleep regression is terrible! My son is 14 months now and our reality is so so different. He’s everywhere and into everything but he sleeps! I hope that can be a glimmer of hope for you although I remember it’s hard to see those glimmers when you’re in the trenches. Much much love to you and yours!
