Honestly I can’t think of anything specifically but I feel stronger and healthier overall. I love exercising in the winter because it keeps me warm!

The title is awesome, I love it. I guess wide squats are a bit easier, I got better at them last year too haha. I think overhead lunge twist is a bit easier. Oh yay another rhythm playlist!! I'm excited!!

Woo hoo I got flawless on a few songs!! Hooray for rhythm game!! Hooray for kickstart!! I miss adventure mode...maybe I'll get back to it, I do love the story.

Hee hee hee...flexibility tomorrow yay!! See ya tomorrow!! ✌

The arm exercises like overhead arm press feel easier. Wide squats, too.

I did some jogging courses, adventure mode, and I'm going to go to the gym after work tonight for the treadmill! I say my squats are getting better, though I still have to lower the reps down to 8 and refuse to do them in adventure mode.

I lot track of time so I'm late by a few minutes

QOTD: Hinge pose definitely! My posture got better, my flexibility got better, and it just feels .better to do

I've definitely improved in stamina and motivation. I feel like the exercises are having more effect than before when I was more of a casual player and not regularly exercising. I can feel the stretches and benefits of yoga moves when before it felt less purposeful.

After the hospitalizations of last year, I needed two months of working out to get back into my old shape. Couldn't even do one Boat Pose rep until a few weeks of exercising.

QotD: Hard to really say. I do think generally speaking the stamina to complete exercises has got better though there are still some that seem to really kill me (mostly leg day stuff, mountain climber is a particular example here). I guess Hip Lift? I've not done a great deal of that move prior to the kickstarter so the form was pretty questionable. I'm more comfortable with the movement now, I just find I do not feel like my positioning is straight on some attempts and my lifting is imbalanced.

This is one of my favorite games of all time!

What are some things you think they can improve on in the sequel? Here are some of my ideas.

-Maybe a weighted ring con, or some way to increase resistance to focus on muscle building. ( do you think this is a good idea, and if not, how could I achieve this with this game, if it’s possible? Maybe a weighted vest, but all of that running would be asking for injury I assume, same with the weighted ring) I know this game is mostly focused towards cardio and muscle endurance.

- better story/characters
-co op mode?
- back exercises? (I’m sure some of the exercises already target the back muscles though!)

I don't know if I've improved in anything specific. I know overhead press is definitely not improved because I'm done after 3 lol. It seems I have quite weak whatever muscles that is using. Same with back press, those are absolute killers. I think I will buy some weights lol.
