This is a very popular starter recipe. Fish pepper salt or salt and pepper fish. Gets cooked within no time and gets prepare with minimal ingredients that are easily available in every house hold.
Ingredients:
Boneless fish(Bhetki) - 400g cut into small fillets
Marination-
Garlic paste - 1tsp
Black pepper powder - 2tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Soy sauce - 1tsp
Refined oil - 2 tbsp
*Marinate for 1 hour (no need to keep it in fridge)
Refined oil (for deep frying) - 1/2cup
Gravy-
Refined oil - 2tsp
Finely chopped onions -1 medium sized
Finely chopped garlic - 2tsp
Ginger julliens - 1tsp
Chopped green chillies - 2tsp
Black pepper powder - 2tsp
Salt - to taste
Soy sauce - 1tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2tsp
Music - Royalty free music
