You can never drag enough water to the line. I sometimes even bring my own 2 liter bottle and dump it on the line before launch. This is CRITICAL!!

I tried all three tips in this video and i ran the fastest ive ever ran. I ran a 9.97 at 141 mph with a 1.4 60 ft. Thanks for the tips bro

Alex, I followed your advice and for some reason my stock driveshaft exploded in 2 and cut somebody's leg off as it went flying. I tried to stay in the gas and ended up sending shards of metal into my legs after my stock clutch grenaded. I thought I wasn't getting traction so I continued to floor it until I sent a rod flying. Now I have a window in my block, 1 1/2 legs and a lawsuit. What gives yolo?

I totally did this last night at the track .... car went low 6s I mean almost 5s... with more practice I'll have consistent 5 sec 60 foots from now on.... thanks for the killer advice

Hey man nice video I tought it was gonna be something serious until you started giving the tips lol. On a serious note now, I am planning on taking my 2018 mustang gt pp1 6 speed to the drag strip and I am actually trying to improve my launch. I have stock michelin sport 4s tires, jlt cai, and 93 octane tune. My best 0-60 time has been 5.2s on drag mode with the launch control on launching at 4, 700 rpm and shifting at abput 7500 rpm. Can you give me any tips on how to improve my launch which is where I see my weakest point? Thanks in advance brother.

i thought if we had street tires in front, we don't roll through water because since we don't do burnout on front tires, doesn't that leave water throughout the track when we take off on our Rear wheel drive cars?
