Do you have a fix for the error message "Target has invalid calibration data (0x0f)." in MPLAB IPE?
Seems like the chip I just received does not have OSC calibration data.

i have brought new pickit4 with selection of external power. but still not able to program my 16f877a. swapped data and clock pin and tried still not working. target id not matching message appears. this is a brand new ic . please help

I am getting Target Device ID (0X0) error for PIC18F46K22 what could be the problem? All the connections are checked but still I get the same error.

What circuitry have you done here? It's difficult to see. I'm using the exact same microcontroller as you.

Also, what breadboard are you using? I find the angle of the pins from the body is too wide (rather than 90 degrees ideally, why is it not 90 degrees?) to insert properly without bending or breaking them. I'm wondering if mine aren't working because I keep breaking them.

But I'm trying to upload a code into pic12f675 using mplab. I am getting an error message like this: No rule to make target 'build/default/production/new main.o'

The programmer is pickit2 and I wired it correctly
