There is a big difference between what you learn in business school, and what you need to know in the real world – just ask any startup founder or business owner! My goal is to focus on the real-world aspects of business, giving practical tips and tricks that are not usually covered in school.

With the current situation, more and more IT companies use video platforms for the interviews. It's very different from a phone call but it may be interesting to have a video about it.

I had an interview for a county clerk position, I studied your vids walked in to the panel interview and was floored. They had a list of bullet questions taped to the table and soon as i sat down they started to fire off questions as fast as i answered them. I was not prepared for this type of interview and obviously didn’t get the job. There was zero connection other than I tried to smile as much as possible. It was three people stareing down at their questions with zero eye contact and firing off questions like a contest.

-are you still looking for job now?
-if i offered you xxx position with xxx salary, are you ok with it?
-where do you stay now?
-are you readily available?
I have answered these questions, and told me will arrange an interview soon, will this indicate a good chance of getting interview in future?
