Worked today for me for season 4 update!! give it a few seconds after the last step! it wasnt instant for me but worked after 10 seconds of changing bandwidth back to 0kbps

I was also very skeptical, seeing my download speed stagnate at 4MB for 6 hours.
i set a 500KB limit, paused and restarted, then removed it and INSTANTANEOUS increase of speed up to 20MB/s

This actually worked! Doing Asia didn’t actually work for me but having it in Europe (I live in the UK) worked perfectly. I went from having 90-300 kb/s to having 10 mb/s which is insane. Thank you so much
