Every government agency has a records retention policy and procedures in place for every type of piece of paper or data communications that come through there to Agency. For our financial institution it was NCUA guidelines along with the FFIEC. It didn’t matter whether the document was digital or on paper it had to be classified and a record retention policy set. Those persons in particular at the White House secret service, should all be deposed and then prosecuted if they cannot produce their text messages.
