The video will explore the different ways in which mothers may be enabling their children, such as by providing financial assistance, making excuses for their behavior, or failing to set boundaries. It will provide tips and strategies for setting healthy limits, such as setting clear boundaries, learning to say "no," and setting consequences for inappropriate behavior. The video will also discuss the importance of self-care and how taking care of one's own needs can empower mothers to stop enabling their children. Additionally, the video will offer guidance on how to cope with the emotional toll of estrangement and how to begin to heal the relationship. The goal of the video is to help mothers break the enabling cycle and establish a healthy, functional relationship with their estranged adult children.

When you set limits or say no be ready for pushback. I like to pray the full armor of God.

I've had peace in my home since 5 months now.
I have forgiven. I still hurt, 😢
I'm still confused. I'm saying NO!

But my 33 yo daughter is not speaking to me now because she's mad i took 2 babysitting days away because of my granddaughters bad behavior at a public pool at her moms work even. Plus she has not had her daughter apologize yet for treating me so badly. Now i doubly hurt!

I'm always afraid of disappointing them because they always make me feel like I wasn't a good mom now they have children's and I helped them a lot with the kids when I say no they take the kids away from me so I have a fear of abandonment with the grandkids and we've been doing this off and on and it hurts me so bad
