Please how do we interpret Nursing Management case notes? i have a problem of mixing them up. when I take it as care that was given to the patient during hospitalization, it turns out to be care that should be given after discharge or refer and when i interpret it as a care thats supposed to be given during admission then it appears to be care that should be given after discharge. can you or anyone help me with a hint please...
