How to get free silver coins from ANY bank? Easy.
It's always a good idea to ask your bank tellers if they have any half dollars, big dollar coins or old bills they would like to sell. Many tellers don't mind getting rid of these "oddities" from their drawers to avoid having to count them each night or sending them back to the Federal Reserve. Plus, you never know what you might get! This time, I scored myself 3 40% Silver Half Dollar and 8 40% Silver Ike Dollars. My total profit was $57 in free Silver Coins!

Once I walked into a bank and said to the teller; "Show me what you have in your drawers." .... She called the cops on me.

Not all banks will admit to having "special" coins in their droors. One lady who is a manager at one of my banks, started telling the other tellers to tell me there's no special currency, after she noticed one 40% silver half dollar was given to me. That manager wants to keep silver currency for herself or her own kids. Selfish!

I got a silver quarter at the bank teller's loose coins the other day.

That may work on your side of the country. At my bank I have asked them and they tell me they don't have big dollar coins. They also don't have much in the way of half dollars. And all of the half-dollar rolls and dollar rolls that I bought were all small dollars and the half dollars were all non-silver.

The tellers at my closest bank now take all the silver they come across since I turned them onto it, whether or not it's legal I don't know but they are doing it and it pisses me off.

Nice score!!! I’ve gotten probably 6 loose 40%ers and 2-1964 (P, D), and at least 5-7 in rolls from just asking. I haven’t found any loose silver ikes though.
