I have registered requests for 3 installations however no response has been received

Even after my persistent efforts to get the lock installed in Jaipur city, all attempts have failed.

Your after sales team has FAILED to deliver on the promise of installing the lock within 72 hours.
I raised the matter with your customer care multiple times, but it was a futile effort. Nothing has happened.

If the senior management is reading this, please note your team is not able to manage the carpenters at all.

Neither will I order any product from Qubo in future nor will I allow any of my associates to do so.

One big con .. it's difficult to find a micro USB cable these days.. now apple is also using type C why these companies are still using Micro USB ports

Service is pathetic, multiple followps required for installation, to many false promises made by service team.

Also the technicians are not doing installation properlly, very subsstandard installation done, video attached for reference.
