Russia receives weapons, ammunition and certain technologies from Iran, North Korea and China.
But what Russia is getting is not called aid, but trade. There is a huge difference between trade and aid.
In return, Russia gives them some other technologies, oil, gas, grain... and money.
It is trade or exchange of goods.
Russia gets nothing from those countries for free.
In case of Ukraine the West gave hundreds of billions of dollars in military and economic aid, and in return Ukraine gave the West nothing.
One side gives money and the other doesn't give anything in return.
The entire Ukrainian public sector is financed by the West.

Russia is capable of independently handling the weapons it receives from Iran or North Korea.
Russia has its own satellites and can independently determine targets for missiles or drones it receives from Iran.
In the case of Ukraine, in addition to the fact that there are hundreds (and probably thousands) of foreign instructors and advisers on the territory of Ukraine at any given time, Ukrainian missiles are guided by Western satellites.
