Never limit your background apps activities, cell wifi Bluetooth are just three that are usually used, so one app in the background? Background data is good for apps you use a lot, block ones you don't use a lot. And blocking sensors could crash multiple apps, not just camera.. I think if you are giving these tips you really need to explain why they are there instead of just disable this and your phone will work better. Because there is a lot of bad things that can happen. Plus android 12 you can delete your advertising ID altogether. Which isn't even mentioned here. Instant apps are now being completely part of Android, hence apps are no longer apks but an "instant app" style new packaging. Please don't listen to this. Scanning is probably the only one worth toggling off.

Okay the first option is something i don't recommend unless you want to wait for your already old phone to load the launcher every almost time you go home. Because if you jump between apps from notifications, it'll actually be a bad experience.
The other tips are pretty good.

The first thing i have to do on any new device is install another launcher just to disable/hide the desktop google search bar. Never needed that and dont want that sitting on my clean desktop. Custom launchers provide other things as well, but this is for me the most essential thing cause the look with that bar always visible is just so bad. I wish google would bring back a toggle for that.

I'm going to say what other people have. Don't touch developer settings unless you know exactly what you're doing. There's a reason they make you jump through hoops to activate it. You can seriously screw up your phone.


That said, the sensors off toggle is a useful toggle and I wish it was available outside of developer options. Being able to lump all of the sensor toggles into one button is a nice feature


Interesting effect, and I should have guessed it from the name, that button disables ALL sensors. So no Hall effect, no rotation, no ambient light, no GPS, no magnetic field sensor, no barometric pressure, it disables every single sensor in the phone, which I mean is in line with the name

but it keeps changing it back to (standard limit) if I've turned my phone off and back on,

He talked about "limit the background processes" and then he talked about the "battery" hahaha, when you limit the background process to 4, it means apps gonna reload more often so you lose more power when starting these apps again.

Disabling animations on high refreshrate displays. It makes a huge difference on my ROG Phone II. With it's fast input latency, skipping animations makes it much snappier and less load on the gpu (I assume, I'm no developer). If I get Asus's next gaming phone, removing animations is the first thing I'll do
