Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game where one player takes on the role of a brutal Killer and the other four play as Survivors. As a Killer, your goal is to sacrifice as many Survivors as possible. As a Survivor, your goal is to escape and avoid being caught and killed.

Honestly hope the game gets a single-player mode or a spinoff game or something focusing on the lore. I think that could be super interesting. Not sure how it would work though.

Here's my prediction on whats going to happen in the DBD story!

So I think That the fact that The Observer is actively looking for character who will escape is integral. That information is important. (Also, why did you mention only survivors who will escape? Won't some killers too?) I also think that the fact that Talbot, or The Blight for those that aren't super into lore, is ALSO looking for a way to escape is also important. I also think the fact that Dave has mentioned that his story isnt over and we're going to explore him more has to be for a reason, so here's what I think. I think that Talbot and The Observer are going to meet at some point. The downfall of Talbot grimes was his unrestrained ambition and his lack of wisdom, and I think that The Observer would be a perfect, OBJECTIVE, voice of reason that Talbot needs. Talbot would be the knowledge, and The Observer would be the wisdom that he lacks. I think together, they can find a way to escape the Entity's realm. Before I can even think of a way for how they can do that though, we have to know more about the auris. Who made it? The Entity obviously didnt, it would never make something that would make the holder invisible to it. Maybe Vigo? Vigo is an inventor with a deep understanding of The Entity, the Fog, and Pustula nectar. I have to believe that these things are interconnected for a reason, and the common denominator is Vigo. Vigo, Talbot, and The Observer are interconnected from their invested interest in The Entity, and opening portals to other worlds. Together, frankly, they'd be unstoppable. I think they will find a way to escape the realm, give or take Vigo, who might also be WORKING for The Entity, and they will take all of the "redeemable" character with them. AKA all the survivors, and some killers, like Trapper, Hag, Wraith, Legion, etc. Thats my prediction!

Killers feeling the regret of there actions and know how they could have handle it in the good way rather than violent actions by reflecting before you do something.

What I would love to see are some kind of... Story related, playable Events. Maybe one day, when the Story progresses, Killers and Survivors find a weak Point and you will be able to weaken the entity by some sort of special game Mode, where it is not the goal to do 5 gens and escape, or kill all survivors, maybe killers and survivors even have the same objective, how cool would that be

I've got a personal theory regarding the survivors and killers, what if it's not the actual person trapped but rather a shadow of themselves? Easiest way I can explain it, imagine there are two of "you"; the as you are now in this set reality and the other one is more of a "you" stuck in a nightmare. I'd imagine that coming into contact with the entity's mist would shave off a persons conscience, enough to make a copy of them, while leaving the majority of remaining psyche in tact. This could explain how these separate 'entities' could be reliving this loop while giving the entity a renewable resource for energy, which would also explain why no one else has come back because there is no one actually escaping, just copied fragments of people who were. This is all pure speculation based on the concepts presented from the DbD.
