I found Inner Peace, and I am a better person than I was before. Everyday with his words and teachings I shed more of my anger and hostility while learning to love myself. No judgements, no threats of damnation, and no requirements for submitting or obedience. Just love for all life and respect for those who have chosen their own path in life of peace and respect for others.

Not a Buddhist, but I've spent time in monasteries. Even one that His Holiness's brother founded himself. I find great comfort in these teachings. Whenever I'm going through a hard time, as I am now, I look towards them once again. And without fail, His Holiness provides the perfect guidance, even though we don't know eachother.

This shows that these words are relevant to anyone. Regardless of religion, race, country of origin. Those of you who are also having a hard time in life, please listen to this man. However hard it may seem, put his teachings into practice. Expel that negativity from your mind. You will discover joy in life once again.

Across the world the indigenous peoples are saying the same thing as are many others, the old dream or modality of time is changing and cannot be stopped.
