Getting Down to Business in Europe: Women, Work and the Bottom Line

A new IMF study finds that replacing one man in a senior position with a woman can boost the profitability of European firms by as much as 8 percent. Still, labor tax policies and lack of services can keep some women out of the work force. It’s time to get down to business. Policies that are good for women are good for the bottom line.
