How To Make a Felt Beret | Beginner Tutorial

In this tutorial you'll learn how to make #french style (with tail) felt #beret with leather band out of minimal materials, this one cost me less than $2 to make. I know it is not authentic because of the fact that it is not knitted into one stock, but it is definitely close.

One suggestion for cutting out your circle is to fold your fabric, fold your pattern in half and place on the fold of your fabric. Makes it easy
