Does that mean I could possibly only receive a little over $8.33?

What are the taxes on $7.25? cause I'm sure they'll take something from me... and I'm sure more than 87 million users apply... I'm also sure the lawyers are taking some(or most) of that money... so I didn't use the full $8 and whatever change...
