Katarina On hit Night Harvester bug

This bug has been in the game since the item reworks dropped, it's upsetting because Harvester perfectly aligns with Katarina's champions fantasy, but imagine you jump into a team fight and 3 or 4 of your harvester procs do 70% less damage?

Some effects has only %33 effiency on AEO skills.
For example: If you have %10 omnivamp its steals %10 of your damage. But If you use AEO skills you can only steal %3.3 of your damage. Because omnivamp is %33 effiency on aeo. Katarina ult is a aeo and has %33 effiency on some effects like omnivamp, night harvester etc.

Just change the mythic passife from ability haste to magic pen no champ builds night harvester and the only reason for that is the mythic passive, its actually a good item. But the mythic passive makes no sense, assasin item that has ability hastr for some reason, not a single ap assasin needs ability haste
