Scott drawing in an anime style is the LAST thing i expected

As an acrylic artist, i find Posca’s super useful for easily adding opaque, uniform lines over a dried acrylic piece without adding thickness! And since they are a matte finish, it gives a very cool effect!

Wow Scott drawing MHA is not something I expected

My chronic illness and disability makes it almost impossible for me to use regular painting techniques, so I LOVE using posca pens. I can sit in my recliner, with my grandpa blankets piled on, and do a small painting without making a mess or getting exhausted by setting up as for a regular painting. I keep a piece of cardboard to lean on, or use my sketchbook, and an old pringles tin for my paintbrushes. I like to use the pringles lid as a palette heh. I've successfully painted 3D objects like this, and it's EXCELLENT for mixed media and zine-making!! HIGHLY reccomend

I personally love the Rawness of poscas. They’re thick and clunky and they warp just about any paper you use ‘em on but they feel like a marker that you can really have fun with. Something quite freeing about limiting art materials like that…feels So Much like you’re Making Something with your Hands. But they’re definitely not for everyone. I think it’s nice that brush tip acrylic markers exist now because paint pens are the best!

If you're not committing to Posca, other brands have come out with cheaper acrylic markers with great reviews. The paper thing is a big issue, however they work great on more stable surfaces like cardboard, gesso'd surfaces and book covers. Personally I use them for sketchbook covers but a good thick multimedia paper can usually handle some layers

That’s a great drawing of him! And yeah POSCA’s are a lil weird, but you get used them eventually!

I never expected Scott to draw anything related to MY Hero Academia and I am so happy right now because I already love his art so much and I love My Hero Academia as well

For getting the ink out, you can also just press and hold down for like 5 seconds after you shake it!
