Glad they did this, the ring isn't 100% required but that area is such a slog I actually refuse to not grab the ring first because it's demon souls worst area.

I was garunteed at pure black world tendency and had gotten this ring in another play through but it just didn’t appear this time, I checked my storage and I didn’t pick it up by accident, so what do I do?

I've used 9 of the stone of ephemeral eyes times to die in body form 9 times. But my tendency is unchanged. Is it because I killed the old monk invader already? Is my game glitched?
