1 Year on this Faith & Fitness Journey (Read Description)

It's been a year now since I have been on my Faith & Fitness Journey. A year of asking myself why I would get to 200lbs and then self-sabotage. Well, Abba took that & opened my eyes to so much more that was not ok in my life and my entire life shifted as I followed His guidance to my continued healing. The work has been self-reflection, repentance, and forgiveness of self & others. I have learned so much how about myself physically, mentally & spiritually. I learned a lot about my childhood that helped me move forward too. The mental work is what keeps you maintaining your goal after you reach it.

About the weight thing...I know I lost weight and the evidence is there, but I look in the mirror sometimes and see the same person last year. I know you guys don't see all the details of how my body changes because I don't wear a bra with leggings to show y'all lol. I did once in my stories last year. And honestly I feel like I look the same. I am a work in progress and I am super proud of myself. I will do more of the before & after pics to share more about this process.

It's getting easier though as I continue on this journey. Fitting in a size large was my last goal & now it's time to set another goal for this year. Praise Yah for breakthrough 🙌🏿🔥💙.
