The rain some times is wonderful, but also makes trouble to people when the nature get angry, especially at places with poor people .

Inequality is everywhere, zones like these ones are in every country but in most countries they at least try to not drown the ones living there by canalizing water toward rivers and such. Its such a waste too, because all that water could be useful in an hydro plant if it was canalized correctly towards one point. No more flooding and clean energy.
