Hi Luna,
this might be just an idea for your next video, but also it might really help Anastasia: I suggest you take measurements to see how Ani's right and left sides are at the same height. As she's sitting here on the edge of the exam table, it's not entirely clear that there's a difference between the two sides or no, because one can't see how she's holding her legs, but it's quite obvious that now her right shoulder and right hip are much lower than her left. I'd be surprised if she didn't have a lot of waist pain. Measurements should be taken standing, both from the front and from the back, and the protrusions of the body on both sides (e.g. acromion, nipple [outside the video of course], the lowermost rib cage, anterior superior iliac spine, patella in the front and anterior spine of the scapula, posterior superior iliac spine in the back) should be measured. If the difference is too large, she should see an orthopedist as soon as possible. The doctor will also measure exactly which part of her right and left sole is pressed against the ground and how much. She prabably needs some development of posture.
