"If you aim at nothing, you hit nothing" This quote also applies to our careers. Most of us tend to set goals for the different areas of our lives but leave out our careers. We tend to labour without a plan and get upset when we don't see much progression despite our best efforts. In this video, I share my career planning process and considerations for anyone who wants to take their career into their own hands this year.
