The Panera Bread lady was very condescending and insulting to the Panera Bread employees. If a place of business says you can’t use their microwave; then you can’t. Go home or buy a thermos or maybe buy or make something that doesn’t need to be heated if you know you’re going to be away from YOUR microwave. Alright. I wasn't going make any comments, but this pharmacy video sent me in the wrong direction. I went from enjoying the videos to asking myself, "What the hell is this customer doing?" I don't know where this guy lives, but it must be an island of the coast of nowhere. Medications cannot be given to anyone without an ID. I have been with the same pharmacy for 22 years and for 20 years I had to show my ID. Everyone knew me and I knew them, but it didn't matter. They have camera's that show whether ID has been presented. The pharmacist could lose his license if he gets caught giving out medication without ID. The last 2 years I have had a proxy picking up my medication. I had to fill out paperwork with the proxy present in order to have them be able to get the med's. They have to show their ID every time also. The customer is way out of line here.

I'm so tired of customers thinking they're right and that they own the customer service reps time. Customers are NOT "always right". Just because you've paid doesn't mean sh*t. Your attitude goes a long way and being rude and demanding is a good way NOT to get what you want. Please put yourself in the shoes of the person you're talking down to and consider whether you'd like it. Just stop and think. Take a breath. Listen. If we all did that, every transaction would be easy to complete and pleasant.
