I would love to see your ideas come to fruition. As a new NP myself, your courses have been very helpful to me and I too often struggle with trying to figure out how to manage conditions for other specialties, how much tests to carry out before referring, and more.
So, personally I would definitely appreciate this.

I love love love this idea! I have been practicing for about one year, and feel conflicted about and when to refer. Anything orthopedics! I find it challenging to manage chronic back pain, what imaging, meds, PT, etc.
