#10 - With a cheap camera, you can run past it in low light, and it doesn't support the frame rate to pick you up, so it gets incomplete images, thus looking like an apparition.

I used to visit Barkerville every summer back when I was a kid. I had one major paranormal experience in the nearby Cemetery. It was later at night and I witnessed a white figure weaving its way through the grave stones. I nopped out of there really fast

While other people complain about if the footage is too clear it’s faked or staged.
