I'm the First Officer who performed the landing in São Paulo - Congonhas Airport that appeared at 02:38. I was reading the comments about the video and I want to thank all of you, especially Captain Rodrigo David, who is an amazing professional and friend. All of you should meet, talk and also fly with him. Unforgettable experience!

A guy here wrote asking my age "versus" my qualification. In fact, i'm younger (23 y.o.) than the great majority of pilots in USA and Europe, but here in Brazil we have lots of young FO's and Captains who were approved on several theoretical and practical exams, being fully able to operate in a safer way an Embraer, Boeing or Airbus.

Finally, maybe I should go ASAP to Birmingham Airport, England =D.

This one video changed my life. 2015. I was in a rut, hated my job. I always dreamed of flying. I remember starting to watch aviation videos with my newborn son and when I saw this video something sparked. I pushed my flying off for 16 years, the sad space in between flights in my logbook. I ended up getting several jobs in aviation working the ramp, mx intern, Michigan arctic deicing, pipeline patrol observer and started two businesses in flight simulation. If you too dream of flying then do what you have to and make this dream a reality~

Look at @3:07, you will see the aircraft changed attitude quickly ( pitched up) . It would probably look like windshear but if you look closely more to the right of the video you wil see something fly by ( Looking like a bird). The PF was trying to avoid a birdstrike! Like if you see it and agree

Fave part of this video is watching the pilots face at 2:36. You can totally see the love and pride of flying. Great music choice too!!

This is probably my favourite aviation video ever, for 2 main reasons. The Santos Dumont approach is absolutely beautiful, and your first officer at 2:36 looks like he is the happiest guy in the world doing that landing. You really have captured the true beauty of flying, and now I am trying to save up the thousands of pounds to learn to fly (I've been simming for about 6 years now, on and off)
