You're right Goku has more strength but that's not what makes jin woo special. It's his hax. But hax can only succeed for him in his verse. Fighting goku is his verse is pointless and his hax won't mean shit iyk about dragon ball. Still jin woo should be as strong as ssj god goku in my opinion. Which is what?. Universal +. I think jin woo defeated a guy who could create and destroy a universe or something. So jin woo is universal+. Don't make him seem so weak lol. Plus he got skills that can erase goku. Literally. Don't forget he has an immortal army and Goku doesn't have infinite stamina. He also can put goku in his world where he is omnipotent because he rule the world however he wants. So that scales him to multiversal. Now he is low to complex multiversal like Goku. But he has stronger and better hax than Goku . You could say Jin woo is a cheat code by himself despite being physically weaker and but about the same speed as Goku. Goku is a character made to surpass anyone he fights but I'm not sure if he can use physical strength to break through countless hax in time. Remember Goku is still mortal. He just has power like a god. Meanwhile I don't think jin woo can die. Or he would probably just reincarnate himself using hax
