I enjoyed watching your tinySA unboxing and review. I recently retired from a career in electronics spanning 7400 series ICs in minicomputers to advanced medical electronics repair. I’ve been a ham radio operator since 1977. Back in the day I used a Weston Schlumberger 150MHz counter and a Bird 43 to set up my crystal controlled two meter radios. Since I have the tinySA, tinySA Ultra & NanoVNA. For the cost I find the tinySA Ultra is well worth it just for the RF signal generator function alone. It sure beats out the Eico & Heathkit ones for performance. I would really like to see a video on the RF signal generator function of the tinySA Ultra. I am amazed at finding it can go to 800MHz (in the standard mode) and has AM & FM modulation ! I have not activated the Ultra mode, 800 MHz is plenty good for my basic needs.

Great review!!! I bought ine a while back, but it didn't come with an antenna! Good addition to the kit!

I got mine at R&L but mine did not come with the earphones. I did get the antenna. I love it. Seems I like the Tiny Spectrum analyzer and the Tiny VNA more than my radios. These are both must haves for a Radio Amateur.

Are you trying to destroy it? 😅 You should never send beyond 0dBm of signal into it. Use an antennuator.

lol the best way to kill the input you should NEVER have the signal that strong going into this analyzer. it says it right on the analyzer but heck who cares right.
