I made one with just four large blocks. But I did something very different. I used bricks from clothing for a memory quilt and put a photo of the person the clothes belonged to . Recycled and kept clothes in use by blessing the family

'Double L', you have my brain spinning and I can't keep up with you! YES, please show us what adding tumbling potato chip blocks around the quilt would look like. I started cutting focus fabric at 8 1/2" square with 2 1/2 x 4 1/2" bricks and I haven't even started piecing them together yet. My sewing machine is in the shop. NOW I want to make this gorgeous variation❣️ I am INDEED inspired by your videos. So happy that I found your channel.

I hate math, but your clear explanation made sense to me!

I made my first potato chip quilt using an 8.5" center square and 4.5 x 2.5" pieces. I was really nervous about cutting two of the blocks in half to set that center square on point, but it came out perfect! This is the easiest and most enjoyable way to get rid of my darn scrap stash. Thank you!

I can see a nice throw, just by putting 4 of those blocks together! Add a couple of extra rows for length at the top and bottom, and you've got a great couch quilt. I'll get right on that! What a fun afternoon project. 😺

Another great edition to the *potato block* saga - 42" is a good size for a baby or lap size I think. Thanks for making it easy to think about different ways to use these *bricks* 😍 Love your colours.

Thank you for this great idea! I admire those who can create scrappy quilts! I can't, but I can use your process to use my "collection" of fabrics! I love creating my own quilt instead of fully following a pattern. Thanks!

Talk about being in the right place when you are needed. You just did it. Thank you for doing this. We have a friend who needs your Potato Chip patterns to get her Sew-JO back. I get excited over your patterns; and, I think she will also. Your patterns are beautiful and wonderful. I love this quilt.
