nice marketing! And the templates have a good quality and work as they are offered? I heard from an external colleague that even after three days (!) the page did not work. But that cannot, of course, be true either. In the end, we have to see the reality and not just the show. Because in reality, it all costs a lot of money and time, for example, when you buy a car, but you find that the car does not have an engine. (-:

Update of the story! TemplateMonster has fixed the bugs. But there is no documentation for that template. So all pictures had to be overwritten directly. Modules could not be renamed, and much more. Kai decided today to return the unfit/unusable product. I can only advise him to do so, because I have seen for myself how bad the documentation is and how bad the service is. The product was purchased on 10/29/19. Until 11/01/19 (10 days!) it could not be made to run. On morning 11/10/19 a ticket was sent by Kai to the service. There was no answer until the evening. TemplateMonster advertised all the time with a package for over 100 dollers to get a web page to run quickly. Oh, so that's how it goes? I'm curious to see if TemplateMonster turns out to be a good business partner, or if they're going to have trouble giving the money back. I will report here. That's exciting!

The worse team I've ever met. The bad customer and tech support. It needs to spend over 4 hours just the tech support could understand your needs.
