Love the way he said “sawgy.” I’ve made these sliders many many times & almost skipped the video. Glad I didn’t because I’d never thought to use a 9x13 baking dish or cut through them before cooking. I normally use a baking sheet & cut through after baking. They slip & slide all over the place.
