The gym you join or work for is key. They should also teach training with the client in mind not their licket books.

why is everything with NASM almost the same thing regardless the topic, they should go way more in depth. always a 30+ minute long explanation of the phases of OPT.... always. we know that. explain how to program. not how the model works for the 15th time. please be more helpful instead of just glazing over.

What about, say you have a female client, she doesn't care to get larger muscles (most women don't, most just won't) She wants to become more stable to sustain yoga poses for longer, and wants to one day become a marathon runner. Young women. Do I keep her in the 1st 2 phases?
