Should we be worried about being 'too loving' to LGBTQ people?

"I think sometimes as like members of the church trying to gather Israel we're like, We will let our lights shine, we will stand on this pedestal and people will flock to us and know Christ. But that's not how Christ got to know people. He went out, He scattered himself in order to gather people. And He proved that showing love, support, empathy, compassion is not a compromise of moral values. It is just being Christlike.
And I think that sometimes we get so caught up in this idea of, I want to show this person love, but I don't want them to feel so much love that I condone their sins, or I don't want to be so accepting that I accept all parts of them, and that's not our role, and that was never our role. We are called to love and gather, and when I look at like studies that have been done recently, LGBTQ youth are five times as likely to attempt suicide than heterosexual peers. That is huge. And I think sometimes we get in this circle of, oh, I don't wanna show too much love, I don't want to condone... People are dying. And in the meantime we're worried if we're being too loving?"

I think, and I could be wrong but if that stat 5x wasn’t taken in the last 3 years that it would be way way way more down by now
